Notting Hill Condos is a new condo, town and retail project by Lanterra Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Notting Hill Condos’s architect is designed by IBI Group. The new project will be located at 4000 Eglinton Avenue West in Etobicoke. The major intersection is Eglinton Avenue West and Royal York Road.

Notting Hill Condos will consist of three 25 storey towers, one 21-storey tower and 4 storey towns. There will be a total of 1,320 mixed units. Units will be a mix of bachelor, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, three bedroom and three bedroom plus den. Units will range from about 330 square feet to about 926 square feet. Units will start from the mid 200’s. The estimated completion date for Notting Hill Condos is set for March 2024.

According to the developer's plans, the 24-storey building is considered Building A, while the 33 storey building is Building B. The 30 and 27 storey buildings are Building’s C and D-- and are connected by a shared podium. Lastly, the 18 storey building is Building E. Ground floor retail and commercial space will be found below the residences of buildings B, C, and D.




Traveling in this area by vehicle is quite efficient as Highway 401 and 427 are nearby. Those who want to get downtown for work or play are reasonably close to the Gardiner Expressway. Transit users can hop onto region buses that connect riders to various TTC subway stations. The upcoming Crosstown LRT will offer the area a terminal stop called Mount Dennis which is expected to be extended in the future. This westward extension of the Crosstown LRT could eventually serve the site more directly with a stop at Royal York Road. Additionally, the Weston GO Station carries riders directly to Union Station in 17 minutes.

This residential neighbourhood in eastern Etobicoke was long regarded as a low-rise residential neighbourhood but real estate investors are seeing the potential of making this the next epicenter for development.
